New Years Eve Den menu

Fine dining at the Den restaurant this New Years eve in Méribel ! Our chefs have taken great care to select only the finest of fresh products, incorporating both traditional French favourites such as duck starters and ending with a fun filled New York style liquer filled cheesecake in keeping with the theme of the after party!

Menu : 55€ per person

Entrées/Starters 

Duck confit , with mandarin pistachio pancake and sweet potato bhajjis     /or

Soy cured tuna & salmon gravlax with wasabi mayo, beetroot ketchup and ginger salsa   /or

Beetroot tart tatin topped with goat’s cheese mousse and roasted shallots, accompanied by a shallot onion puree and roasted hazelnuts

Filet steak with potato rosti, balsamic glazed vine tomatoes, and a wild mushroom sauce     /or

Pan fried sea bass with wild sesame rice, cardamom cream and pickled vegetables    /or
